Vacation in the mountains of Colorado!

Have you ever wished for a gorgeous holiday spot to weave into your family’s summer memories year after year? Look no further!

Having moved to CA, we’re opening our CO home to a handful of 30 days+ renters. Return every year, and the Holiday House can be yours to claim (and boast) without costly real estate investments.

It is time you vacationed right.

The Holiday House

A unique, comfortable, private get-away complete with wildlife, stunning 360-degree views, and everything you need for a vacation that slows you down to the rhythm of the sun.

This custom-built eco-house is elevated for optimum privacy, views, and daylight. Walk for a swim at the 9-mile lake; rent a boat, water skis, paddle boards, or kayaks at the marina; savor sunrises and sunsets on the patios; play the piano, paint, read by the fireplace, cook up a storm, and rest like you haven't in ages.

While most rental listings are purely commercial, the Holiday House is a unique and loved home you get to make your own.  It casts a 'rest' spell on us the moment we walk through the door, and we know it will give you an experience of a lifetime, every time!

The service

Look forward to the best in both privacy and luxury.

Anna Vatuone, social media personality and author of Lonely Girl

“I was looking for a peaceful place to work on my memoir, Lonely Girl, and the Holiday House turned out to be exactly what I needed.

The setting is absolutely stunning! The home is perched on a hill with beautiful views of the Colorado mountains. Each morning, I’d wake up to the sun rising over the peaks just outside the window.

If you’re looking for a space to reset or dive into a creative project away from the noise of everyday life, I’d highly recommend the Holiday House! You’ll leave feeling inspired and ready to take on what’s next.”

“A wonderful retreat for our family of 5. We enjoyed the mountain and reservoir views, visit from a friendly deer and amazing stargazing. It was close to the city, but yet felt so far away from it all when we wanted that. There were so many great amenities that made us feel at home including the exercise equipment, piano, art supplies, games, books, beach towels and basic food items. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

Private decks fitted for dining and relaxing: BBQ, dining set, lounge sets.

“We spent every night out the front deck watching the sunset and were SO sad to be leaving the views! Also super convenient that grocery stores and restaurants were just a skip away for quick needs/a lazy night when you don’t want to cook. You won’t be disappointed!”

Ashley

Catherine

“A clean, comfortable, unique home with all the amenities you could want to relax.”

Melissa

The master bedroom with generous walk-in closet and bathroom.

“This house was a fantastic mountain getaway. The views are amazing, there are incredible gorgeous hiking trails all around, and I don't think I went a single day without seeing at least one deer. They come right up to you and the house. If you're a photographer, get the camera ready.
The house itself has great amenities from the gym in the garage to the piano in the living room (first time I had the chance to play in months). Great kitchen, grill, and patio space to relax on both in front and back. There are also books aplenty to peruse all around the house.
I used a second bedroom upstairs with a desk as my home office, which I really loved with the view outside the window. I can't speak highly enough of the home, and if I ever do come back, I would definitely stay here again!!” - Jordan

The neighborhood

Separated from Fort Collins proper by Horsetooth Reservoir, our home is located in a renowned holiday location. It is ideal for those who value the privacy of being situated on an acre of a mountain with no shortage of outdoor recreation options --– and yet within a 20-min drive of the charm, shopping, and entertainment of a bustling town.

Road cyclist will find themselves on one of the country's most popular race route. Mountain bikers, hikers, and runners are spoilt with miles and miles of paths of all difficulty across the Horsetooth Reservoir itself, Horsetooth Mountain Park and Open Space, and Lori State Park.

Painters have plenty of inspiration right off our decks or can venture into the surrounding parks.

Care to camp? Celebrated campgrounds are within walking distance.

Horesetooth Tavern is the neighborhood eatery, JJ’s Woodfired Pizza is just down the hill, and a corner store is just 5 min away by foot.

One of the few remaining drive-in cinemas is just down the hill (Holiday Twin).

Fort Collins is full of dining and entertainment options (incl. live music, comedy, escape rooms, and a decadent pick of craft breweries), and Colorado State University will have a game on most weekends of the year.
